And after all the heats racing 25 different people...HE WON!
Each class was an animal. We were the speckled frogs.
They sang 6 songs, 2 were in Spanish.
And did a great job. there are 101 kinder kids at this school.
Whirlwind weekend. family reunion. basketball tournament. Easter. all in 3 days

So far we have had 4 weekwnd tournaments in the past month. its really hard to have 3 boys playing in them and i was so happy when in the PHX tournament all the games were in one building. This tournament was also on Easter weekend with the actual tournament games being played on Easter Sunday. We made a decision long ago in our family that sunday was not a day for sports. We have stuck to that decision and it hasnt been hard for the boys. It makes me sad that some players on baylors team asked him why he doesnt play on Sunday? He told them it was something they didnt do in our church. but its not just our church, its a commandmaent from the Bible. im grateful our coach respects the choice we made. I know my boys will never get to play in their championship games or get an award from the tournaments, but what they will get is better. 
Gunner is my child who doesnt have to try. He has a little temper and is moody. He likes to delegate his chores to others. He has the most beautiful chocolate eyes that are swollen most of the time. He loves school and learning. But what most people dont know is he is a musician. He loves his trumpet. He is in the only 6th grader in the 8th grade Jazz and Symphonic bands. This boy has the potential to do whatever he wants.
