this picture has nothing to do with this post, but Remy lost her 3rd tooth today. The tooth fairy is going to be broke at this rate! Last week Cade took her to Casas for the day for an emergency tooth extraction, he had never been with any of our kids at the dentist before so after seeing the trauma and the pain she went through he said the tooth fairy would bring her something good, he did $10 and a trip to the disney store. Tonight the tooth fairy wont be so generous!:)

I was born 37 years ago yesterday. I was the first of 5 children. My poor mother was in hard labor with me for many hours, and she was a zombie for 2 weeks after I was born. She was only 20 at the time and didnt plan on having kids so fast after being married! I was the guinea pig my whole life, teaching my parents how to raise kids. It wasnt that bad, I had a great childhood, except for the hand me down clothes from my aunt! I remember fun birthday parties at the duck park and a fun 14th birthday party right before my first Saturday night dance! on my 17th birthday My boss let me take out his new convertible Camaro for the evening with a friend. and Each birthday growing up we got a new pair of shoes. The tradition my nonny had for our birthdays was making us a birthday cake with money in it. 17 years ago yesterday on my 20th birthday I got engaged! Cade suprised me the early morning of my 2oth birthday
by picking me up and taking me to the airport and flying to San Francisco. A limo was waiting for us to take us around the city and the wharf that day. It was very romantic even though we werent into that cheesy romantic stuff. We had a great day and right before we were going to leave we drove over the golden gate bridge to a little hiking trail in a park. He got down on one knee, pulled out a ring and I started laughing and called him a GEEK! Nevertheless he still wanted to marry me, each birthday since then he has made my day special, although nothing will ever top that present! This year he suprised me with a new electric piano and some luggage that he and the boys picked out (they must know me!) My parents were here in El Paso for a few days and we had a great day!
