So we have been here in El Paso 2 weeks now. The boys have had 2 weeks of football and Baylor has had a full week of 2 a days. They are meeting friends and having fun in practice. WE still have another week before school starts and Im ready for a little bit of calmness. These past 2 weeks have been EXTREMELY busy for me, and for CADE even busier.
A week ago Tate and Gunner had their first scrimmages. Gunner plays wide receiver and outside linebacker for the intermediate team TRIBE. Tate plays inside linebacker for the minor TRIBE team. This is G making a tackle. He makes everything look easy.
This is Tates first experience, We were worried, but not any more. He is the 2nd fastest on his team and loves to tackle his opponent!
We went back home last weekend for a day and I realized how much I missed that peaceful valley! I miss my home, I miss my friends,I REALLY, REALLY miss my maid, I miss the ease of life there. But I am excited for this opportunity. The kids havent been sad at all, Me on the other hand....
Its hard to trade this for the small house we are living in, but I think it will be worth it to see my kids happy doing what they love!

I would be sad leaving my home etc. too! August is so beautiful down there this time of year.
I love all your pictures and I'm glad you are not private anymore so my sisters and Grandma can see your blog.
